Shipping method may be selected at check out. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the costumer at the time order was placed. If a package is returned to Meraki due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you the customer, customer will be responsible for re delivery cost.
We (MERAKI) are not responsible for lost or stolen packages CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED to your address by the USPS after they leave our facility.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be active/updated.

Unfortunately, due to sanitary and health reasons our Meraki products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
In the remote event of receiving a defective product, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving your products to be eligible for refunds/exchanges and paid return shipping on us. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Sale Items: which include items sold with a promotional code or marked down in price, are final sale NO EXCEPTIONS!
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
After you have read the above, please email us at email@example.com and our business manager will be happy to assist you. Please make sure to include you order number on the subject line for faster service.
RETURN PROCESSING TIMES
Once we have received your package, your return/exchange will be processed within 1-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return is in process. If you have requested a refund due to a defect, please note that you banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business day). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
International sales are final and are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
